Hello, how are you?
It’s feeling very autumnal this week and we’ve been spotting mushrooms popping up here there and everywhere.
So it’s a forest of fungi themed…
This week.
Here are some I made earlier for inspiration:
I used my trusty pocket watercolour set to doodle these, but use what you have to hand. I might try some more just in pencil or charcoal (love a bit of monochrome), or better still, felt tips on damp paper.
I’d love to see yours. If you head to ‘chat’ here on Substack you should be able to upload a picture ☺️ OR send them over on the old INSTA @lisastickley_studio
This time next week I’m partnering up with the fab Emma from One We Made Earlier to host a mini online dOOdling workshop. And it’s FREEEEEEE!
Stay tuned for the ZOOM code in next week’s Mid Week dOOdle sOOther and join us at 7.30pm UK time, Wednesday 1st November. Tell friends too!
Time for you, sOOthe your mind and unlock creativity.
In other news my portrait order book is building up so book yours in soon for Christmas.
I can make everything from people portraits to personalised dog walkers ☺️
Use code portrait10 for 10% off this week too!
I’m off to make doily ghosts & spiders with the kids 🫣
Here’s how if you fancy a spider making session too:
Hope to see you on screen next week!
Happy Wednesday
