Hello,

How are you? Hope you’re well and summering in the sunshine.

I feel as though I've been hiding in the bushes lately.

Well… I suppose have.

Lots of life stuff to sort at the moment, with doodling taking a back seat for a bit. I’ve been beating myself up trying to keep up with everything but it’s not really doing me much good, so I’m taking a pause.

Below, there are THREE pre recorded, not-seen-on-substack-before, workshops for you to get your teeth (crayons) into. These are for everyone as a THANK YOU for following me.

Paid subscriptions are on hold for the summer and will be reinstated once I’m properly back with lots of new live sessions.

On an aside, do you ever get that thing when you look at a word for too long and it all goes a bit wonky and bananas? Just me? It just happened when I was searching for a stop sign 🫣 WEIRD.

Usually at this time of year I’d be calling out for your summer pic’s for a series of holiday diary doodles. But this year I’m having a break from that too. I feel rubbish about it as it’s always really good fun but I need to get sorted first.

Next year they’ll be back I promise!

The girls and I are heading towards a new house, new location, new studio, new life, and are very much looking forward to getting settled, but we’re not quite there yet.

It’s exciting (along with all the other massive life changing emotions) and we shall share more when we can, but for now, happy holidays to you and I hope you enjoy a bit of soothing sketching with these workshops.

These are some of the very first online ones I did and are quite prescriptive (I used to send a BIG box of kit to everyone and was VERY bossy). PLEASE ignore the tools and go with whatever you have. There is no right or wrong way to do it and I always enjoy approaching a prompt with a different medium. Comes out different every time. I love it.
